Description
This home at 900 Newport has had one of the front windows boarded up since at least Dec 2015. I think it's been long enough to view their boarded up window and if that window is broken, the home-owner need to get it fixed.

As long as the broken window is secure by being boarded up, there is not a violation.

I have just received this message:
The City cannot do anything at this time. A home must be boarded up for 18months before the city can declare it dilapidated. I may have told you 6 months before and I apologize. I will have Nathan go by and see if there are other issues that would count as dilapidated.
