City Staff, please address this delayed rehab project and provide visibility of this report to the City of St. Charles Landmarks Board as well as the City Council ward representative.

This type of work requires a Building Permit (porch repair with possible footing inspections). No permit has been posted on site. City inspectors should be involved as well.
