Description

Every morning some elderly gentlemen and sometimes woman carts over a shopping cart full of stale bread and proceeds to mash it up and feed it to the pigeons that flock to this parking area. We have enough problems with rats and vermin in the area without needing the likes of hundreds of flying rats added to the mix.
