This is the second time reporting this with no results. There are tree limbs piled up behind the back fence, and now with the wind blowing it attracts all the blowing trash. Every morning the limbs are scattered all over the place (I don't know if that is caused by wind or neighborhood kids). We have to pick everything up everyday when we walk our dog. It has been this way over 3 months, the owner has had more than enough time to clean them up. We have approached the owner and the response was that the city would clean it up when they mow.
