The dog owner is at 6940 SW 5 St. However, in spite of his verbal abuse toward my husband, it appears that he is now trying to avoid our property when walking his dog. I imagine that the neighbors are equally bothered, but our particular issue seems to have improved dramatically since the day of my posting.

Yes, I would like this to be addressed. It has improved on my property but the situation continues along this block and 5th Court as they walk the dog around the block.
