Description
The sidewalks between SW 97th and Palm Ave on Pembroke Rd and between Pembroke Road and Pines Blvd on Palm Ave are being crowded out by trees and bushes from both the public and private areas.
In most parts two people cannot walk side-by-side or pass each other without stepping off the sidewalk. Some trees/bushes are from private property and some are on the right of way.

Just found this in my SPAM folder, but wanted to followup with a couple of questions.
1. What is the rules and who is responsible correcting the issues?
2. How long before I should expect a solution to the issue?
Thanks
Harry

Code Compliance,
I noted that case #88825 is listed as closed on the city website. Why is that? As you can see from the attached photos the situtation has not been resolved and in a couple location extra growth has made the situation worse.
Photos label 1 through 6 are on Pembroke Road starting at SW 97th and heading west to Palm Ave.
Photos 7 through 12 are on Palm Ave starting at Pembroke Road and going north to Pines Blvd.
At what point will this issue be resolved? When does the city either fine the homeowner/association or pay someone to take care of the problem and bill the homeowners/association? Also it appears several trees are on right of way as noted in Photo 10, so who is responsible for them?
I await your answer.
Regards
Harry Stevens
