I agree. Temperatures are below freezing and it smells worse than ever. It's not only Crestwood Knolls it is the entire southside of town all the way to Pleasant Ridge School. Either the city makes real changes or effected residents need consider stronger action. If this keeps up no ones home will be worth near what is was two years ago.

The City has contracted with Wilson Environmental to conduct an odor study to find the plant process that are causing the source of the odor and recommendation for a long term fix

Is the study going to include an analysis of the substances that are being expelled from the plant, regarding whether malodorous discharge is dangerous to the health of citizens in general and those in close proximity to the plant in particular? In the meantime, I don't care how expensive it is to run the "scrubbers" if I wanted to live near this kind of smell, I would be raising hogs in my backyard.
