Every single inch of back lot is walled and roofed !! No set back at all !! This has all taken place in last year .. after it's been reported many times

2016 photos. Carport added onto side all the way to property line, Back corner enclosed all the way to property line , side porch all the way to line

Now today ,, the entire back of house is built and roofed from side to side to back ,, Bet not one permit !!! And this keeps getting added onto !! Less then 7 years ,, 4 new sections built ,,

Should property owner not need to apply for a variance for all the additions that touch property line ??? Let the board of adjustments have final say .. and let this property be used as an example ... either everyone can build like this .. or not

Our inspector went out to the property and has referred this issue to our Legal Department.
