There is a huge diseased tree in front o my house that needs to be removed before someone gets hurt or killed. Yesterday a very large heavy branch fell and blocked the street. The Parks Dept. removed the branch but said they were not authorized to remove the tree. This is very URGENT AND SERIOUS. I have filed a 311 complaint. What else should I do? Please help!
