This trash is in the middle of the underpass and it is a constant site for illegal dumping. We need cameras to stop this from occurring. It is a sore site and makes Oakland seem like a dumping ground. We pay too much in property taxes for this illegal dumping to persist. Cameras are a necessity to catch this criminal behavior.
