Traffic light at Rt. 74 and Linden Avenue, and RT. 74 and Madison Avenue are not imed correctly during the afternoon rush hours. When the signal light at Linden turns GREEN for left turn traffic going north on RT. 74, the light at Madison Ave. is RED for north bound traffic on 74. This causes traffic from Linden to be back up, limiting the number of cars that can turn onto 74N. The result is traffic backing up to W. Market St via Richland Ave.
