potholes in front of 19 Birchgrove drive, between prospect and Ralph avenues, when cars go by the asphalt that is coing out lands on lawn, all asphalt icoming out of pot holes have been repaired, several times, but asphalt is still coming up, need emergency lawn is full of asphalt

We'll still experiencing very poor drainage. I would say the main reason is due to the drain cap is actually blocking the water from going in the drain. Plus I cannot remember the last time the drain was cleaned out.
