Cars swerve around them all the time too. They know that is where nails and screws can get stuck that cause flat tires.

Ferrovial Services will investigate for repair.

I think Pinellas county should not bow out of this issue... I seriously think that everyone in government thinks they can just keep passing the buck and not be responsible for a major taxpayer project once completed. I can't believe that police, city council members, road crews who constructed the project haven't noticed the flaw for this long of a period. You all should be ashamed...
