When I go to that link and type in the issue number I get no results. I wanted to let whomever is working on this that the boat is being treated like a dumpster, and is now overflowing with a rug and a tree in addition to the cement and dirt that was already in it. It might be detritus from one of the many construction projects in the area.

The boat has been gone for a few years now. This can be closed.
