Description

For traffic going northbound on 12th @ Mass Ave:

The left two lanes should be LEFT TURN ONLY. The 3rd lane should be the THROUGH lane (The natural flow of traffic up 12th St is for the right lane to be the thru lane.) In addition, people use that "3rd" lane because the left two lanes get stopped/blocked causing thru traffic to move into the right/3rd lane. There is virtually no right turn traffic at this intersection because it all turns at the previous intersection (L St). I'm a biker and driver through this intersection.

The fourth lane is sometimes parking. At rush hour when nobody parks there are no lane markings to indicate that you have to turn Right. but that would be smart.

Also, how are cyclists supposed to get from L St cycle track to 12th st? Can we get a bike lane in the mix? If not, cyclists will be driving in the THROUGH lane.
