Description
This bus stop had small concrete pavers that were replaced with new poured concrete long ago. Why hasn't the work been done over the two utility maintenance chambers? This depression is a tripping hazard, and is full of trash.

Note the address: "Steeles Ave West At Carpenter Rd West Side Vaughan, ON L4J, Canada" The Vaughan city designation means it went to "Post to Neighbours" aka Community which doesn't use SeeClickFix so it will sit indefinitely and the City of Toronto doesn't know about. This is because it was reported on Steeles which is the northern border of Toronto. I went through this when doing Steeles. To avoid this, tap Use Current Location while at the site, and then cross Steeles tapping it every few seconds until the address shows a Toronto one ie Toronto, Etobicoke etc. and something other than Post to Neighbours is available.
