At the location of 1621 N 78 Way is an overgrown Sago Palm Tree that is covering the Fire Hydrant as well as the sidewalk. This sago palm tree needs major cutting down. It is on private property but since it's over grown it's now covering the fire hydrant as well as the sidewalk facing Taft Street. In the evening this location is so dark that you can not see if someone is walking on the sidewalk on Taft Street or on 78th Way. This location needs the lighting fixed or replaced before a pedestrian gets hurt.
