Valley Stream Drive coming from the intersection of Rt 401 is always covered with litter and unmowed grass at the curb areas year round. It is embarrassing to have visitors turn from Rt 401 onto Valley Stream Drive to enter our Winchester subdivision. I can submit photos if necessary. The grassy/litter area runs from Rt 401 to the area apparently owned by the power company on both sides of Valley Stream Drive. Very unsightly and detrimental to property values..
