There's an illegal mechanic shop on the corner of Pine Street and Perkins Street. They are operating out of a residential address and have multitudes of cars in and out all day both what appear to be mechanical repairs and auto detailing. Heavy equipment in the streets and lots of parking occupied by cars waiting for repair. Lots of noise in the day 'revving' car engines. Let's help get them into a commercial space so they can work freely and the neighborhood can maintain its character.
