Owner was contacted about his chimney falling apart . City building inspector was called. Owner did not take this emergency situation seriously - someone could have been killed.

The chimney fell breaking windows, causing damage to windows, window frames, storms, and brick, the damage further destroyed personal property in and outside the neighbor's home.

The owner continues to be unresponsive. Owner has failed to clean up the dangerous mess, restore property damage and apologize to his neighbors.
