African American Library at the Gregory School sign is coming undone from this pole. This is the second time in the frame of a year that this sign has done this.

Stop sign/street sign has been run over.

This pothole is extremely dangerous. It was being worked on back in January by one of the city's departments, but has been left open. It needs filling, and the cone and barricade that are around it need to be removed.

Lamar Park: tire tracks in our neighborhood park: destroyed grounds on south side of the park...need to be filled in.

Land is overgrown; is serving as an occasional "hideout" for indigents/vagrants wandering neighborhood. It was sold a year (or more) ago and new property owners have not cared for it at all maintenance-wise.

This main water feature in our Montrose neighborhood is in need of being cleaned.

Water meter covers missing on sidewalk--watched a pedestrian trip and fall from this!!!!
