property owner is consistently using his entire front yard as a multi vehicle parking lot. 2 cars, 1 large commercial truck, 1 construction equipment vehicle at the time of this report.

Tree needs immediate care. Large branch hanging over sidewalk is dead. also has large bee hive that has been there for well over a year. Dangerous situation for both reasons because this is right near Intermediate School where large volume of children pass under tree daily.

streetlight not functioning correctly. starts to turn on, flickers, then turns off.

this business has two open trailers that are filled with used carpet and flooring materials that need to be hauled to the dump. The trailers are overflowing and contents are now littered onto the parking lot. This is an ongoing problem, unsightly and unsanitary.

Our entire street rarely benefits from the street sweeper. The sweeper is scheduled to come by in the very early morning (watched it at 5:30 am this Monday) when none of the cars have left for the day. Our section of East Grand Blvd (between Main St and Victoria) going both directions, is heavily lined with cars every day until around 9 am. It also gets heavily littered with leaves and trash from the residents and school nearby. The street sweeper is basically useless until most of the cars have left. Some of the cars never leave at all. The city is unable to maintain this section of Grand.

Can we reschedule the street sweeper for a more reasonable time.

Seriously consider No Parking signs for a specific day and time for this entire block?

Keep closer watch on the cars that never move. One of the primary problem propertes is associated with residents from 1201 E Grand.

Noise abatement and multiple vehicle code violations. This red Dodge Charger has an *extremely* loud muffler, races down Grand Blvd . It has heavily darkened windows and is also missing the California licence plate on front. It is a nuisance to the residents.
