Wires hanging down touching the pavement

There has been a sectional couch on the right of way for months.

I called the PD to report illegal and unsafe use of ATV’s in public roads and open spaces. The dispatcher said an officer would stop by to speak to me. A cruiser came through forty minutes later and never stopped. I have video I wanted the officer to see.

I’m not sure this person is speeding or not but every weekday at around 4:00am he/she leaves our neighborhood the car has a blown muffler that wakes us up. Could an officer please check to see if this muffler is within legal noise limitations?

A newly erected industrial smoke stack is emitting enough noise day and night to be heard inside our home with the windows closed.

Motorcycles and ATV’s riding on town owned open space behind 41 Spruceland Road,Enfield as well as on the street

Going into fourth week with trash bags and other junk in front yard.

This couch has been left on the tree belt by owner of 58 Spruceland for two weeks.

Traffic signal a Henry Barnard School stops Rte.220 traffic for no reason. It used to trigger when a vehicle would attempt an exit from the school. Very wasteful of time and fuel.

Gate between cul-d-sac and lake area not replaced after contractor removed during road reconstruction

Almost total lack of traffic control on Spruceland road construction project.
Total lack of safety concerns for public.

Street light out again in front of 56 Spruceland

Dust control needed. More than the occasional spray of water is needed.

I got stuck in un-compacted gravel in construction project on Spruceland road after contractor was done for the day.
