After a recent wreck, parts of a vehicle are strewn across the median in the 100 block of Buck Jones. The accident also took down two signs from the median.

Re: Avent Ferry at Gorman (beside Walgrees). Now that the far right lane is right turn only, will there be signage added to show this change? As of yesterday, there was only this painted arrow and no forewarning of this change. Thank you.

Abandoned washer, trailer, other junk litters the backyard of this duplex.

Per city ordinance and Raleigh PD, a vehicle with a motorcycle trailer (or even an unattached) cannot be permanently parked on a residential street. Is also a traffic impediment.

The flexible pedestrian crossing sign in the middle of the median was hit and now it's gone.

333 Meredith is a blight on the homes around it. The weeds, grass, shrubs and trees are so overgrown that the house is disappearing behind them. This home has been reported in the past as well. Thank you.

The former cottage on the small lot at 207 Jones Franklin is being refabricated and covered in Tin? Aluminum? It looks like an industrial building in a residential neighborhood. In addition, there has not been a permit listed for this address. There have also been numerous vehicles parked on this property (front and back yard), though a metal fence has also been added, thus hiding the vehicles in the back. On the weekends, there is a modified semi tractor trailer parked out front that is very close to the street and seems to be on the right of way. Thank you.

This small cottage at 207 Jones Franklin has stayed in a continuous state of disrepair, vegetation is overgrown, there are vehicles parked in the back and side yard. Now the facade of the house is half repaired and half plywood. Is there a construction permit as well. Thank you.

What appears to be the entire household contents of this property is in the front yard and driveway. Don't know if it's a rental/ tenant dispute but it's very unsightly. Traffic to heavy to obtain a photo to report it. Thank you.

Coming down Chaney from Western, it's getting rather hard to see vehicles coming from driver's right side at Garland. Trimming the shrubs shown in the photo would help. Thank you!

This vehicle sat on the street with flat tires for approximately 6 months. Now the tires are inflated, however it is now in the same place as before with no plates on it. Thank you.

The tenants of this duplex appear to have moved out and left numerous household items on the curb near the corner of Vann and Jones Franklin.

Is there an ordinance on how many vehicles can be parked at a single family home on any given day. Properties at 242 and 244 regularly have 6 to 8 vehicles in the driveway, yard, behind a ramshackle fence etc. Looks like used car lots sometimes. Thank you.

The shrubs at the corner of Garland and Kent prevent cars from seeing approaching traffic on the right if you are facing Kent, coming from Garland. If you are in a Sedan, you have to pull out into Kent to see clearly. Shrubs need trimming back before there is an accident. Thank.

Solid Waste Services says "Place garbage and recycling carts a few inches from the curb or edge of the street, not in the street." Unfortunately in Fairview Acres, we have repeated problems with workers/drivers leaving the cans in the street. Can we ask them to place them back on the yard edge and not in the street? Thank you.
