    A few weeks after posting this issue on here and contacting police several times it was finally fixed and the car had been moved. But it back. He does not live on this street and should not be parking and leaving his beat up BMW in moved for weeks at a time

    I know the owner lives on different street but parks his car in front of his mothers house. Huge driveway not being used at mother house and a garage. And takes up two spaces. This has been going on for at least 4 yrs that I have lived here
