    The left turn signal sensor on route 51 S. at Greenlee Road is not working properly. It has not been working since they did work in that area a couple of weeks ago. I think maybe it was a manhole cover that was repaired? I'm not sure. In any case, drivers are waiting through several light changes before either turning left on a red arrow or cutting through the Sunoco parking lot. Every now and then the left turn signal does turn green but not consistently. I myself have waited through three light cycles on several occasions since then.

    Light at Greenlee and 51 (on the side by Gorman's) is activated by pulling up to the line where the sign says "stop here on red" but a LOT of people don't seem to understand this so traffic often backs up half way up Greenlee until the person in front slowly inches forward or gets impatient and runs the red light allowing the next person to pull forward and activate the light. Could one of those signs that says pull up to line to activate signal be added to that intersection?
