Channel MarkersAcknowledged3001 Lynndale Rd Virginia Beach, VA, 23452, USA - North CentralAn additional channel marker is needed between 1B and markers 5 and 6. I ran hard aground yesterday going straight from 1B to the next markers but the channel actually swings out to the East. I think this issue was posted last year and the city has not addressed the issue. Will city be responsible for damage to my boat for not properly maintaining waterways and channel markers? Either we need another marker or the channel need to be properly dredged where indicated.
