These organizations, initially expected to uphold the law, have instead engaged in unprofessional conduct and misrepresentation, contributing to a culture of injustice and misconduct. Victims have found themselves ensnared in a web of unconstitutional practices, with their legitimate grievances often dismissed through unaddressed motions and a lack of accountability from those in power. The initial criminal charges filed against the perpetrators remain unresolved, raising serious questions about who is truly in charge of enforcing the law. The complicity of public bodies in allowing these violations to continue is not just disturbing; it represents a systematic failure that has led to significant damages for countless individuals. The very people appointed as pillars of the community have proven to be the most egregious offenders, leaving victims to suffer in silence while the criminals thrive, unchecked in their everyday lives. The question remains: how many more lives must be negatively impacted before action is taken against these offenders, and will they ever be held accountable for their actions?
    11th District Court House Judges intentionally violating depriving willfully demonstrating their failure to uphold legal obligations and to continue without ethics clearly shows the ability to commit crimes is unacceptable by the Constitution of New Mexico. Robert David Pederson, Donald W DECKER, Bradley L KEELER, and the 11th District Court Clerks, . Question how many times, people have the willfully destroying their lives and well-being in this county. However long of unlawful criminal actions committed. Mostly what other crimes are allowed in the 11th District Court House Judges intentionally violating judicial standards and discrimination bias favoritism conspiracy Aiding and abetting. The question is they are the criminals and they are not the good law abetting citizens they act like. Worse than a person who has to steal just to eat. These people get paid very well and do the unimaginable crimes against individuals who don't know their Rights liberties and constitutional protections afforded to them and theses criminals who are bound by the Constitution are involved in criminal actions beyond your basic crimes. There crimes are in more than can imagine. Fight for your rights and liberties be heard be aware of the New Mexico Constitution end learn to protect you and your family Courts are run by people who are worse than a homeless person asking for money, they have money and don't ask they will Rob you without hesitation.
    In audit needs to take place in that building, and everyone employed in the 11th District Court House Judges and clerk's need to be investigated records need to be looked into and immediately without giving them a chance to try and destroying the evidence. Please fellow residents of McKinley County law enforcement are not subjected to immunity, and can be held responsible for their actions.

    Request bollards to protect city hydrant at a bad intersection for vehicle accidents. Note that skid marks show that the truck just missed a hydrant by a couple of feet after being T-Boned during 7/24/24 accident. Also, you might consider having 4 way stop signs at 4th & Morgan.

    My Questions : WHERE is the nearest working Fire hydrant that's protecting me & all my neighbors? WHEN will the hydrant be repaired/ or replaced back In Service? Next time, Please please Notify us Homeowners. Thank you.

    Not missed trash pick up but there is trash that needs to be picked up! Someone threw out a mattress on the sidewalk of North McKinley and JM Montoya This is ridiculous It has been there for weeks and I know the trash man has to see it every Monday when he picks up trash in the neighborhood Why wait until it’s reported?? !
