There is water run off that has been going on for over a month. It has been reported to Dennis and supposedly it was to have been fixed. This water is draining down the alley, already adding to the water from recent rains.

I have reported this over 5 times, but nothing is being done. Because there is an issue with the easement, dirt and debris is going into the ditch and is not being dealt with. Please FIX THIS!

The fire hydrants on Stagecoach street are located in the middle of sidewalks and residents in wheelchairs can not fit a,d therefore ride in the street. High traffic and unobservant drivers nearly hit them. Can some thing be done to fix this problem?
  • 505 E Green St Gallup, New Mexico - Gallup

An issue was raised on this web site regarding a house on our block that has 5 renters living in the house in addition to the homes owner. This causes a parking issue and the sidewalk constantly blocked due to so many vehicles in the driveway.

Was this complaint removed from the website?

  • East Aztec Ave And Mckinley Dr Gallup, New Mexico - Gallup
On East Aztec Ave from Burke Dr to McKinley Dr, then up McKinley Dr from Aztec to Mesa Ave - there is 'pillow stuffing' strewn all over the street. There could be more, but this is all I saw.

Public restrooms in the courthouse plaza are not wheelchair accessible.
  • 203 W Coal Gallup, NM - Gallup
There is a table and chairs blocking the sidewalk, so the owners can smoke, next to the business doorway, not leaving 36 inches clearance for pedestrians and wheelchairs. Is this legal/permitted?? Downtown nuisance
  • 1505 W Hwy 66 Gallup, NM - Gallup
There is a city light (on a city pole) in the rear of the building at 1505 W Hwy 66. It is not actually on the street. We would like to request that the light be fixed/replaced.
  • 401 Nizhoni Boulevard Gallup, New Mexico - Gallup
Many drivers going over the speed limit on Nizhoni where 15mph posted. Why not put in a speed detector sign such as those on Gurley Blvd by UNMG. This would show the drivers exactly how fast they are going. Just waiting for an accident to occur with so much traffic, both vehicles and pedestrians at high speeds.
  • 3411 Box Canyon Avenue Gallup, New Mexico - Gallup
The community streets in the Mentmoore community are known to have many children playing and riding bikes on the streets. Mentmoore is also home to the Tobe Turpin school. Many vehicles are seen speeding through the neighborhood. Just yesterday, August 2, 2018 a New Mexico Highway Patrol officer was seen speeding on Box Canyon Avenue in his patrol vehicle. With the school year beginning next week the speeding is a major concern for the children and public. There are speed bumps on some roads in the community, however not on Box Canyon Avenue which is the main road leading to Tobe Turpin School.

On 6/29/18 at 2:48am a drunk driver lost control while traveling at 70-75 mph in a 35 mph zone along Patton. He crashed directly into our bedroom and a portion of our fence while we were sleeping in the room. He caused such extensive damage 6 weeks have passed and we are still living in a hotel while our house is restored. A guardrail needs to be placed along the portion of Patton from the North to South streetlight along the East portion of Patton.

Oftentimes, vehicles do NOT adhere to the posted speed limit especially in the evening. Patton has become a very dangerous street because of this. I no longer feel safe in my own home because of this incident that nearly killed myself, my husband, and our 2 Dogs.
