    The sidewalk along the south side of Fruitville road that runs along the Founder's Club subdivision has several trip hazards as a result of the oak trees root balls lifting the sidewalk segments. I personally have tripped on this and I suspect others may have tripped as well.

    Additionally, there are several segments of the sidewalk in that area that do not meet the slope restrictions of the ADA causing not just trip hazards but also impairs the mobility of our handicapped citizens.
