contractor stated their company truck backed over the storm drain cover and cracked the concrete

resident stated there is a clump of debris left pressed against a palm tree on their property from us when we cleaned out the storm drain a few months ago

Seems like we have a leak into back of our storm drain—yard soil seems to be drawn down into back of drain. Filling with new soil does not resolve issue—it continues to wash away.

Storm drain concrete has been damaged in several areas.

Last night's storm caused minor flooding at the corner of Cabbage Crossing and 1 Leatherwood Lane, and it left the "muck" shown in the photo. Would appreciate help cleaning the culvert top and grass around it, and hope your staff can assess the drain's safety.

Franklin Creek South near house 35 is flooded. Nothing is blocking the drain topside and I checked the location a few times throughout the shift and the water is not receding.

This storm drain has been partially blocked for over a year, doesn't allow for good drainage during heavy rains it can take an hour or more to drain the road,

This drain needs help!! It is along the cart path between 8 and 9 Broomsedge Lane, the path that connects Broomsedge Lane to the cart path near Oakridge hole 13. It is often blocked by pine debris and desperately needs to be trimmed around.
