    Lot is being used as a storage facility for city pipeline construction. No pipeline work is being performed at this cite yet it is being utilized during quiet hours next to residences during the hours of 9pm-5am.

    This is a nuisance and we cannot sleep at night because of it. I have young children who can’t sleep due to the noise and I am losing sleep. Please contact construction company and tell them to cease and desist.
