I pass by this property all the time. I have noticed it is full of junk. I am not sure what is on the property, but it looks like some of it is flammable. If this property was to have a fire, I think it would be hard to control. There are a lot of residents that live in this area, and it is very scary. I hope you can make the owner clean up this area. Nail Salon does not have proper ventilation for the chemical products they use. The vapors and orders generated from the business will cause a fire hazard or health issue if this is not addressed.

Hello! My name is Adam Richard. Mice to meet you. Curious about when you’re trimming trees/palm next in this area next (Stephanie Lane, 92084)? There is a fire hazard concern from dead palms remaining on length of palm trees (and dead trees in general), particularly ones on Vale Terrace Dr, North side and a little east of Vale Terrace Pl. Perhaps if you let me know when you are trimming palms, I can coordinate with residents to perform similar work so there are good, big teams working collectively in the area.

Hi I had brought this issue with the fire department about having water trucks filling their tanks, I'm on believable the city of vista allows unprofessional private contractors to fill their tanks for construction purposes, especially on weekends nights they fill their tanks almost all night going back and forward, they also are so careless on water spills. Why would the city hire low budget contractors to do this kind of construction and use city water? No wonder the city gets pod holes in every street. Don't need your contact for details, I see low budget contractors doing the work and carefree about conserving water supply.

This spot of the road has water leaking out from underneath. This spot where the road is patched is wet at all times of day and night even though it hasn't rained in a long time. It is not runoff, and might have something to do with the hydrant looking thing just to the right of the sidewalk?
