Private Property IssueΆνοιγμα21 Pine Grove Avenue Leominster, Massachusetts, 01453 - LeominsterOn this property, the residence members known as 'Tyler' and 'Billy' have exercised an illegal Auto Sales, Repair, and salvage business for nearly two years. This neighborhood issue covers the entirety of their property as well as encroachment of their nearest neighbors. In regard to this issue, intrusive noises such as drills, saws and other power tools have been noted by Lake Whalom residents from across the watershed to times as late as 3AM during weekdays.
Please take note to the following observed atrocities and general private/public violations, brought to you by the residents of Leominster, MA. All of which can be seen from the street by public authorities...
1)More than 1 unregistered and uninsured vehicle parked on property for more than 12 months (9 unregistered vehicles currently reside on this property within sight of street)
2) Multiple parked vehicles on lawn (non-tendered surface for registered and legal vehicles) (approx. 7 unregistered vehicles parked on lawn across property)
3)Intrusive noises and use of loud power tools past 10PM during week-days
4) Parking without permission on neighbors private property on daily basis (white Ford truck usually)
5)Encroachment of neighbors private property for over 12 months to store unregistered vehicles without consent
6)Use of neighbors private property to modify arrangement of salvaged parked vehicles without consent
7) Use of company vehicles to transport/purchase unregistered vehicles for this business (white ford, 'CAT, Milton' decals) -

Private Property IssueΆνοιγμαPanera Bread - LeominsterI watched from inside Panera an individual that looked very suspicious around two cars in front of Panera. I think he might be trying rob the car. Eventually he noticed me watching from Panera and started walking around the cars of that location, and still watching me from Panera. Because I never looked away for long time, I kept watching him, he suddenly came inside Panera, and sat right in front of me. I think to intimidate me. He ordered no food, he pulled computer out and has been pretending to work, but he is not. He’s been here for awhile already, with no food and just pretending to work. I want to leave but I am concerned that he will follow me. He is a color tall person, with some beard, w baseball hat, glasses, rusty color shirt, white pants, and sneakers. He seating next to the window, snd I am right in front of him looking at the window with blueish shawl and hair up. Please see what you can do so I can go home without him following me. Please I don’t want him to know I sent this concern, I just want to leave from here without any confrontations with this person. Thank you!

In fact, one section between two pavers has a 2 3/4” raised trip hazard. The majority of foot traffic walks on this side of Tolman due to the existing sidewalk running the entire length of Tolman Avenue. I witnessed a person pushing a stroller trying to navigate over the rough terrain and chose to bypass the sidewalk and walk on the main road. This road is a direct route to the industrial park with a lot of semi truck traffic. I’m not requesting an expensive restructure but a solution to ensure individuals’ safety.

But for documentation purposes I want to record this trip and fall when it happened. The public side walk that runs along Carter Street on the even house number side is abysmal. Due to poor drainage along the road, winter ice has created 4 - 5 inch heaves between the concrete segments. Today while out walking I tripped on an uneven segment, went flying, landed on a knee after turning mid air. I apparently lost consciousness for a few minutes and came through with neighbors and walking partner placing a pillow under my head and calling an ambulance. Knee is messed up and will have evaluated by specialist. Ambo EMTs ran me through concussion questions and let me go home. Carter and Sixth Street are heavy walking neighborhoods with school and park and now a rehab center en route and yet these are some of the worst sidewalks in the city. There are massive chunks of loose and missing concrete in addition to the 3 -5 inch uneven surfaces all along the path. Staunchly encourage Leominster to assess these sidewalks and repair. The homeowners who kindly came to help said they have repeatedly called about sidewalk issues with their small children frequently flying off bicycles and scooters as they try to manuever this sidewalk length. -
