    Continual barking Concerned for animal welfare This is not a noise complaint On my last report I was asked a question yet unable to reply as "comments are not allowed" message comes up So yes he or she barks the whole time outside Which is a lot I know EVERY morning at 6:30 there is barking and really whenever I go outside
