    This home is putting their yard debris out by the side of the road, when we are in a city emergency, this debris is going to fly all over and possibly damage someone's home when the winds pick up. This is daily debris outside of this home, I am very concerned for the neighbors.

    Bright Homes has left debris, broken bricks, and trash now for months on this site. They just got a dumpster last month but still aren’t utilizing it. The site is a safety hazard - especially with a potential hurricane coming. They need to clean it ASAP.

    They are building this house on a hill of grade over 4 feet above the base of the neighboring homes. It is a hill that will cause drainage into our home at 2887 sally and every other neighboring home because of this. Their windows start above our fence line looking right into our yard and all the surrounding yards with no privacy for us. I put in a request to look into this before and nothing was done, is there no regulations for the slope and height of grade for new construction?
