Illegal ATV activity is still going on in The Estates. Last night was a full moon, which means lots of people riding around all night. Last night was no exception. We heard people riding all around us well into the early morning hours. This morning we woke up to tire tracks going straight up our lawn (as seen in the picture). It has been bad enough with the ATVers riding on private property that is not developed, but now they are actually tearing up people's lawns and just flat out terrorizing home owners. More than once they have gone by our home, revving up their engines and flipping us off or yelling curse words. With the full moon tonight, I have no doubt we will be hearing and seeing our fair share of more of the ATVers riding around. It is becoming very intrusive especially as it seems, they have no problem destroying a homeowners property. I have seen more of a police presence around, which I do appreciate, but clearly that doesn't seem to be working. So far the city has done absolutely nothing to dissuade this very illegal activity. What plan does the city have in place to start dealing with this issue once and for all?

Vehicle bun parked on the side of the road with no tag no tag for several weeks now snow. Appears to be abandoned on it'll be abandoned unknown if stolen..

I finally ended up behind one of the notorious N Salford Blvd speeders

Every time he sees the bridge over the Snover Canal he floors his little black Ford You can hear him all the way down to Eldorn Ave

I'm not sure if the PD can do anything but maybe a visit to his home would be possible and a conversation on how annoying he is

Car been parking across the street instead of in their driveway

Regular overnight parking. Rob Rowe who also works at north port high school. Continues to block access to our home and driveway. Reported dozens of times.

7 vehicles, 4 dump trailers parked everywhere including the road. Ruined the drainage swale, road is blocked completely on one side. There is garbage everywhere and at least 10+ people living in the home.

Vehicle are parked one if not both sides of the street on a daily basis Some vehicles the street/side lawn is their regular parking This is prohibiting regular traffic through including the mail carrier is refusing to deliver on days it's real tight

4457 langsom lane the road is already narrow, this new neighbor on the street is parking in the road everyday and during the night causing a dangerous condition.

THIRD REQUEST. This neighbor continues to park his truck and construction trailers on the roadway, blocking full road access and creating an unsafe blind spot where incoming drivers cannot see what is coming up the street. Please remedy this.

Vehicle is parked on an angle in swale and corner of said vehicle is protruding in the right of way which may cause a crash into said vehicle or other vehicle going in opposite direction.
