    I believe there are a few violations STILL HAPPENING at 958 Shore Acres Rd, Arnold Maryland. This neighborhood is not zoned for a commercial business of any kind.

    There is a landscaping company named Happy Crab Landscaping STILL conducting business at this
    address. An internet search of this business showed a business address of 1207 Marda Lane Annapolis
    Maryland. That neighborhood is not zoned as a business/commercial zone either. Clearly the business is
    proceeding at Shore Acres because there is a very large stone pillar, to display the business name and
    phone number at the end of their driveway, which is a violation of the zone.
    Numerous vehicles full of employees in and out all day, and evenings. There are dump trucks, marked Happy Crab Landscaping trucks, lawn equipment and landscaping.

    This business is distracting, loud and unlawful. They must not actually be trying to even hide this crime because they proudly
    display and advertise the business at the end of the driveway.

    PLEASE have this sign taken down and PLEASE make them move their business to a property that is properly zoned for this kind of
    business and PLEASE most importantly let us have our quiet neighborhood back.

    "Single family 3-story townhouse with multiple leases" The townhome has 4 cars (ridiculous for a tight community) and 2 doorbells. The landlord has mentioned he would have taken the basement lady with him when he moved out if his new house had a finished basement for her. Older lady renting bottom floor, new young couple with kid renting top. Weird situation, top renter doesn't access backyard, and bottom renter doesnt access second story deck, it is being rented by floor. Last time it was listed for rent, it was only for the top two floors, no pictures were even displayed of the bottom and garage. Previous renter of top was a middle aged lady, when she moved out young couple moved in, so its been going on for some time. The covenants states only entire lots may be leased, I contacted the HOA a few months ago and the issue has not been addressed. Police suggested dept. of housing or zoning for this issue.

    This house was destroyed in a fire several years ago. It is now covered with plywood that is an accident waiting to happen and a rodent breeding ground. The owners rarely visit the property and what remains is junk. A shed that is so severely dilapidated that is a safety issue, plywood covering open window wells, a junkyard for cars and jets skis. Can someone have the property cleaned up. They cut the grass and piled all the debris and that is welcoming even more rodents.

    The house was purchased at the beginning of this year. They said they were planning to turn the property into 3 apartments. It is not zoned for that nor have they had any permits posted to do the work. There is three families living in the house with kids. There is three mailboxes labeled A, B, and C. This shouldnt be allowed and my neighbors have also reported them. Nothing is being done. There is constant fights and what seems to be drug deals from one tenant. If something isnt done soon we will have to go above County.

    630 AM on a Saturday morning multiple vehicles arrive then get into there work vehicles. 2-3 pickups with landscaping trailers and a dump truck. Each work vehicle having 4-5 employees in them. This is an obvious business location (as if the stone pillar with the business name and phone number wasn’t a dead giveaway) I am not sure what more evidence is needed besides the obvious disregard for rules is needed to shut this COMPANY done from operating from this home, which again is Zoned to be a residence not Commercial. If you own a business that fantastic and the neighborhood wishes you nothing but good luck on your endeavor, but the fact that they are ALLOWED to operate a full fledged Landscaping company with employees coming and going and multiple commercial vehicles is a slap in every other business owner face who operate with in the law and are required to conduct there business and run there operation from a properly zoned location. Shame on you AACO for picking and choosing who will be held accountable for breaking your laws and who gets a free pass. So again please step up and do the right thing and restore a quiet neighborhood back to being a Landscape company playground.
