Trash/Recycling PLUS

The homeowner here is running some type of tree business out of his front yard. He has dump trucks dropping off logs and trees which he cuts up and will then burn some of them. I'm not sure if this is allowed in residential area.

They have junk. Around the side of the house the look like a eye sore and letting of chemicals into the yard

Business is zoned as C4 (retail, automotive services). Over the past few months the lot has accrued several more junk automobiles. The concern is a significant increase in mosquitoes to the homes directly in the proximity of the business, rodents, fire hazards and not to mention the environmental concerns of breaking down car parts in a stone lot with no intentions to catch the waste (oil, gasoline, etc.) going into the ground.

In addition to the above, the noise levels all throughout the night with tow trucks, etc. coming in and out of the lot has become a nuisance.

Lawn equipment. Broken garage tools. Leftover trash cans. Wrecked truck with broken windshield.

Someone has thrown loads of junk into the fence that separates the end of W Meadow Road/Old Riverside Road by the Basketball Court where children play. The fence has come down which leaves the river completely open to anyone to just fall back there or get hurt. Also, the junk needs to be removed so the fence can be repaired. Please fix this for it is both a health and safety hazard. There is a tunnel that right by this hole that lets water flow under the highway it is very dangerous!

Overflowing with trash and junk in front yard and backyard. Mortar, air tanks, gas tanks, shower door on back deck. Deck is falling apart and is now a safety hazard for resident kids. This is not "some junk" like the last report response provided - it is a health hazard. mosquitoes live in their trash and the warmer weather is coming. multiple cars sitting in the front yard. This is all over the front and backyard of the homes and inside and is hard to miss.
