Our neighborhood is experiencing rats. This house in one problem contributing. There is a literal carpet of dog feces both old and new in the back yard. They also have five large dogs which seems like too many for a small townhouse.

There are numerous nests of feral cats in this neighborhood. Especially around Minnerva and Luther Rd. One of the biggest problems are some neighbors feeding them! The neighbor behind my house has been & is Currently feeding over 12 cats. We’ve already had the SPCA out here to try and help because the female cats keep having litters of kittens. I’ve have about a nest of 8 cats living under my shed. Those cats also leave their devices in my yard too, which is a danger to my Autistic son who likes to touch and put everything in his mouth. This has been an issue now for 3+ years

Non-working septic is affecting 2 properties, one front yard and side yard of another are wet when conditions are dry otherwise. Owners of property perform personal hygiene acts in front yard, they also wash dishes and laundry in their front yard.

There is a smell of possible failing septic in this area at or around the empty lot on Severnview Dr. Concerned there may be a failing septic contaminating river or wells.

illegal septic tank installed in 2005 by someone in the community... the owner pumps the content/waste out of the septic out the tank and right onto the property grounds. should see a pump and hose near by

There is a tarp on the rear side of the septic mound, a hole in the rear fence leading to corcoran environmental area, and a culvert pipe coming from this yard into corcoran environmental area. The septic mound may be malfunctioning, in need of repair or replacement.
