    Upon moving in late Summer of 2018, we noted a large swath of off-color white paint covering a portion of the ceiling above an window in the third floor master bedroom. That October, a prominent brown stain seeped through the paint along with water seeping in through the top of the window casement. The landlord was notified and a patch applied to the roof. No mold remediation was done at that time. In early May 2019, we returned home to find the paint blistered, the spot darker, and the walls stained along the studs. The patch had failed and water had flooded the wall and floor nearest the window soaking the carpet and the flooring underneath as well as forming a water stain on the ceiling in the room below. Our landlord was notified immediately and applied another patch to the roof but has done nothing to remediate the mold issue. My wife who suffers from chronic asthma is now exhibiting signs of mold infection and I too have been exhibiting some signs. The landlord has been notified but has done nothing for these past three weeks aside from assuring us that she will take care of the problem once she hears back from her handyman. PLEASE HELP.

    I have repeatedly talked about something being wrong with either the heating system or the thermostat. It can be set to 77 or 80 and the master bedroom guest bedroom living room dining room kitchen are freezing cold as you can see the thermostat is saying one thing but that thermostat gauge next to it is from the living room. It’s freezing in this house. I’ve had to buy 400 space heaters at my cost and my bill has tripled. They simply say oh stay in the warmest room and get a space heater or they say oh my bill is high too and to me that’s unacceptable because it’s making me struggle to survive.

    My apartment number is 631. I have been calling my rental office and they never answer the phones so I've been trying to reach them via email and I keep getting told the same thing about someone coming to my apartment to fix the heat on that exact day and no one has came. I called the after hours maintenance like 11 times. They never came, I have an infant daughter and two other daughters 6&9 years old. This is our first winter in this apartment so I never knew there was an issue with the heat. No one is doing anything nor communicating with me to let me know when or if this issue will be resolved and it's too cold outside plus the snow makes it cold in my apartment.     People from Utah, license plate G10 7SE have been living in their van on this street overnight for the last 4-5 nights. They don’t bother anyone and are typically gone during the weekday but return early evening. I don’t hear a generator but do fear for their health as it’s very cold.

    The house at 20 Riverview Avenue is owned by Uplift Recovery Homes and advertised as two three-bedroom units. When the property was listed for sale, it was four bedrooms in a single family house. Duplexes are not permitted in R2 without special exception. Sober houses are not group homes or assisted living under state or county code. The house now has 10-15 cars parked outside of it every night. Clearly the house has been reconfigured but I see no permits issued on the county website. And there is no way the house is configured for this many residents under fire code, much less commercial operation. Please investigate for zoning, permit and safety compliance. Thank you.

    To get down our street. The house across from mine is 1035 Allen Avenue- they park all of their cars in the street, often leaving their driveway empty. When their cars are on the street- the trash trucks often have difficulty coming down to our houses near the dead end. Is there a way to do a trial run or test to see if the equipment can come down our street?

    So my neighbors at 255 Carroll Road Pasadena 21122 are renting rooms which from what I understand is legal if you're licensed. I do not believe they are. They have people in and out all of the time clogging up the parking situation as if it isn't bad enough already. The owners of the house have their tenants thinking they have assigned Parking spots which two spots are directly in front of my house. I'm certain they are not claiming the income from the rent which is a different story on its own. Hopefully something is done very soon as multiple neighbors are getting very upset about it.
