946 Still Pond Dr Glen Burnie 21060, United States - Anne Arundel County, MD
Single family residence at 946 is converting garage to two bedrooms to allow additional non-related occupants to reside. Home is owned by non-profit organization. Is this allowed by zoning laws and regulations for this community? AACo has already approved the associated renovation building permits. Is this type of use allowed at this residence?
  • 253 Carroll Rd Pasadena, MD 21122, USA - Riviera Beach
So my neighbors at 255 Carroll Road Pasadena 21122 are renting rooms which from what I understand is legal if you're licensed. I do not believe they are. They have people in and out all of the time clogging up the parking situation as if it isn't bad enough already. The owners of the house have their tenants thinking they have assigned Parking spots which two spots are directly in front of my house. I'm certain they are not claiming the income from the rent which is a different story on its own. Hopefully something is done very soon as multiple neighbors are getting very upset about it.

1035 Allen Ave West River, MD, 20778, USA - Shady Side
Allen Avenue in West River, MD has very narrow streets and I have a very strong concern that should we need fire or rescue services, the equipment will not be able
To get down our street. The house across from mine is 1035 Allen Avenue- they park all of their cars in the street, often leaving their driveway empty. When their cars are on the street- the trash trucks often have difficulty coming down to our houses near the dead end. Is there a way to do a trial run or test to see if the equipment can come down our street?

  • 1041 Cecil Ave S Millersville, MD, 21108, USA - Anne Arundel County, MD
Swim instructor Brooke Moore holds group swim lessons in her back yard pool. Over 20+ children in a small pool. Kids threw up in pool and nothing was done. Swim lessons were like a conveyor belt of kids being pushed, pulled, and dunked in the pool. It was so unsafe, way over crowded. They did not clean out the vomit, evacuate the pool or add proper sanitizing chemicals to the area. I pulled my child from the lesson immediate. I did not realize this was a private residence when I signed my daughter up for swim lessons from her web site (http://www.brookemooreaquatics.com). The site states she uses public pools. I could not believe how many children were in one pool and how little they were being supervised. This is an environment with very concerning health and safety related risks.
  • 419 Brooks Court Glen Burnie/ Anne Arundel, Maryland - Glen Burnie
Many, many vehicles from this home has a longstanding history of overcrowding our corner of the court. At this point, it is just disrespectful the way other, adjacent homes and mailboxes are continuously and constantly blocked as some of their vehicles are not tagged nor do they hardly ever move. This is becoming an issues for many community residents at this point. One neighbor even attempted to sit orange traffic cones outside of her yard but that didn't work either. Very sloppy, messy, and inconsiderate residents. I'm sorry to have to live in such close proximity to them.
