    Hello,

    I submitted my original request on May 12th and still have not received a response. Since nobody responded, I'm assuming click fix was not the appropriate method of reporting this issue. Would somebody please provide a contact name and phone number for my issue noted below?

    Original issue reported on May 12:
    The sidewalks were redone on Henry Street and the contracting company incorrectly pitched the driveways causing cars to bottom out when exiting the driveway. The city confirmed the pitch of driveway was done incorrectly and the contractor fixed some driveways. However, mine has not been fixed which causes scraping and damage to my undercarriage when exiting the driveway.

    Will the city be fixing the sidewalks on Thacher where work was done earlier this year? It's black top that is not level with cement. It's a tripping hazard.

    Unmarked cross walk from Converse Ave to Clarendon St across Main Street. I frequently use this cross walk but motorists cannot see it because there is no signage, it’s difficult to spot pedestrians trying to cross, and they are often speeding. My suggestion is to add pedestrian crossing signs and/or blinking lights.

    It has been well over a month or more, since the utility company tore up the sidewalk. Root debris still on sidewalk, and the side walk has not been replaced.

    Stop signs at the corners of James Street were removed during road improvements and not replaced.
    James and Medford Street is a busy intersection for pedestrians and drivers. A No Parking Here To Corner would improve visibility and safety.

    On the corner of Linden Avenue and Clifton Street - The stop sign is slightly turned and people have been going through the stop sign. park is right near there and there’s been many close calls.
