  • 54 Mountain Avenue Malden Centre, Malden, MA 02148, United States of America - Malden Ward 4
For well over a decade, probably more that a couple decades, the catch basin at 54 Mountain Ave completely backs up and flows Mountain Ave at Everett St. Please assign this to the City Engineer for reconstruction. No not close ticket until complete.
  • 29 Corey Road Malden, MA, 02148, USA - Malden Ward 3
Corey road was recently resurfaced with new curbing. The problem is that between 29. Corey road driveway and 51 Corey curbing or some type of berm / curbing wasn’t installed to stop the flow of water from going behind the newly installed curb causing extreme washout of my lawn. Currently I have sandbags to stop the flow. Additional pictures available if needed.. Sincerely Gregory Rogers 51 Corey Rd
  • 109 Highland Ave Malden, MA, 02148, USA - Malden Ward 2
Recent street repairs on Medford Street/Highland Ave. Newly paved.. Now if you are heading north on Highland Ave., the lines are missing to prevent 2 lanes from going north. (Highland). Thank you!
  • Faulkner St Malden MA 02148, United States - Malden Ward 5
Please! Add ramps to protect bikes from the sharp edges of the sidewalk to bike path! Bikes are being ruined because of careless construction
  • Bainbridge St Malden, MA, 02148, USA - Malden Ward 5
At 1:30 in the morning on Nov 19th. City workers painted new lines on Bainbridge St. One lane is now so thin it is impossible for anything other than a compact to stay in it without smashing the mirrors into poles and trees. It is also forcing people to take the dangerous curve even sharper- increasing the risks of accidents! This needs to be rectified. We already have a lot of accidents down here.
  • Exchange St Malden, MA, 02148, USA - Malden Ward 4
Exchange street parking has become a hazard

Ferry St Malden, MA, 02148, USA - Malden Ward 1
Ferry Street near Century Bank needs to be repaired. So many bumps in the roadway it feels like a roller coaster each time I drive over that stretch of the street. It has been this way for too long. This area of Ferry Street needs attention.
  • 54 Beltran Street Malden, MA, 02148, USA - Malden Ward 3
The street crossing at the intersection of Jackson and Exchange has not been reconfigured to accommodate the handicapped. The recent work has not restored beveled sidewalk pathways for pedestrians crossing Exchange St. near the Jackson Street Garage.
  • 27 Oliver St Malden, MA, 02148, USA - Malden Ward 8
Sewer backing up into house drain. The sewer line collapsed during construction on water line. Verified by drain service company with camera inspection.
  • Poplar St Malden, MA, 02148, USA - Malden Ward 5
Tufts Construction is replacing the water main on Poplar St. Residents were given a letter from the City Engineering Dept on July 19 stating the "during construction, trenches and other excavated areas will be backfilled and patched." This has not happened and has caused a severe dust problem in the neighborhood. The trenches have been backfilled but not patched.
We are not able to keep our windows open because of the dust from the construction.
  • 104 Autumn Street Malden, MA, 02148, USA - Malden Ward 4
Trailer is still parked here. Neighbor was told by parking department that it would be moved. However, that is not the case. There is a lawn and strip of road (at the dead end), across the street, where the trailer was the first night it was here. Can it be requested that the trailer be moved to that spot? This driveway cannot be blocked. Whether it is piles of snow, piles of dirt, vehicles, trailers, etc. requests made by the residents at the intersection of fairlawn and autumn seem to be disregarded.

I’m with Timothy! The only thing is …. THE PROBLEM ISN’T JUST AT THIS LOCATION! It is in several places across the city! I also ClickFixed recently about the Cross/Bryant St intersection/roadway and then noticed the exact same issue at Route 60 and Main Street! THIS IS JUST CRAZY! People don’t obey the lines and markings when they are painted! WITHOUT THEM THERE IS TOTAL CHAOS!

Hoping the line painting is happening city-wide sooner rather than later! Leaving the roads as/is is EXTREMELY UNSAFE AND DANGEROUS for both pedestrians AND motorists! The sooner the painting takes place the safer we ALL will be!
