City of SeaTac PLUS

I work for metro and a few months ago I hit the mirror of the bus and broke $540 damage I was told metro ask the city to cut the tree but nothing has happened I wonder if you can pay for the damage, I was told that more than one bus hit that tree, you can see parts of other mirrors on the ground

What is the possibility of getting a playground put in bow lake park? Is there a reason there is no play area?
