Sidewalk cracked and uneven

There are several massive cracks on the sidewalk - if you were to take a right onto the road from Woodin, they are on the right side, closer to the end of the Woodin Street side, to about half way down. Have tripped several times (they've been there for about 10 years) and it is hard to navigate with a baby stroller.

Due to drainage problems in the area, the sidewalk is spalling and needs repairs. Water running down the sidewalk is now damaging her sidewalk. Pebbles are coming up from spalling.

Sidewalk area by driveway very poor condition. Please evaluate.

There is a hole underneath the sidewalk: a large crack has appeared. You can see that the area underneath the sidewalk is not supported by the ground. The sidewalk is very hazardous. We have previously reported that this sidewalk needed repair and it was approved for future repair by the town. This needs urgent attention.

Sidewalk lifted from tree. This is the second time. Please remove the tree also. Folks have tripped and kids on bikes have hit the raised sidewalk. Tree is also exposed on the curb side. Thanks

Please re-evaluate the sidewalks at this corner premise for the replacement program.
