Black garbage bin is bent and twisted. Requesting an exchange.

We have been waiting since 4/6 for our trash cans to be delivered. We are having to load our trash and find places to dump it because we are also not getting picked up when we put our trash by the road on trash days. I need to this addressed asap. Going on over 3 weeks without trash service in a home with a family of 5 is getting very hard and should not be happening.

Existing trash can was damaged large crack in the side. Switch for new one please

The lid on our trash can is hanging on my a tiny piece of plastic/duct tape. We've tried super glue and heavy duty duct tape and we've gotten another years use out of it. Now it's just time to just retire this container. Thanks!

The trash truck took the can and put it in the compacter, please replace can ASAP. Until then he will be placing his bags of trash out on the street for pickup.
