    I've submitted multiple tickets in the past about the accumulation of water on the street in front of my home. You have worked on this in the past and I appreciate your efforts, but I still have the problem during heavy rainfall. Is it possible to add a storm drain on the street in front of my home to handle the excess flow of water? This can be a hazard also because my 'pond' will attract insects. It usually takes 3 to 5 days of sunshine before the water evaporates.

    Back again with a complaint about water leaking through the road that is now causing further damage. The road is sinking in and getting progressively worse as time passes I have submitted several requests and no one has bothered to actually try and fix the main issue This is damaging the road on a very busy roadway, it is sinking in and i worry about the possibility of a sink hole forming Also the water is causing damage to my property. ri

    Arnold Rd was recently repaved but no yellow lines were painted. Arnold Rd. needs the yellow lines painted in the neighborhood portions of the street. Too often people speed and do NOT keep to their side of the road as there is no line to follow. Additionally, if the speed humps are not being replaced, remove the signs for them.

    This message is being sent on 4/20/2023. Approximately 3 weeks ago roadwork was done on Blue Ridge Boulevard just to the East of it's intersection with Dartmouth Drive and about 50 yards to the West of Dartmouth Drive. After a day of work both areas were very roughly repaved and reopened for traffic. Based on the very rough refilling of the work areas I was certain that the work was not finished and repairs were to continue. It's been about 3 weeks now and the 2 areas are in MUCH worse condition and are a potential hazard which could cause damage to traffic that drives over these 2 areas that need repaving. Please review this request and I ask very kindly that the areas noted be repaved and smoothed to drivable surfaces. My thanks
