Sammamish, WA PLUS

SE 16th St is used by multiple residences. The road is very narrow, creating difficulties when cars are simultaneously going up and down. The power lines are also hanging very low and seem to have caution tape on them, but the issue has not been addressed. Are there plans for the city to widen this road and address the power lines?

About a month or two ago, there was underground electrical work being done in our neighborhood. Outside of our residence the road is tarry and the asphalt repair is not flushed with road, it is lumpy, and needs to be redone. This is in two separate spots. Thank you.

Caller reports west side of shoulder was torn up by contractor vehicles parking on the shoulder. Can someone please take a look to see if the shoulder can be fixed, so there's not such a deep drop between the roadway and the shoulder?

This is regarding the coverage of the City on the road of Monarch Lane HOA, located at 1292 247th Pl NE, Sammamish, WA 98074. We would appreciate your assistance in clarifying this matter. Can you please confirm the information provided to us by Kristi Toy, Customer Relations Program Manager for Road Services Division from King County, that our address, 1292 247th Place NE (Monarch Lane HOA), is within the city limits of Sammamish? According to the map, the purple color indicates the roads maintained by King County, and our road is within the city limits as it is not part of the road that King County covers.

Our cul de sac is a step above a gravel road. Loose rock and fairly deep rivets from years of cars turning, package delivery trucks etc. we had city officials come out a couple of years ago and confirmed it needed repaving. Can we have city of Sammamish come out and take a look please.

Asphalt is buckling and bulging below where a recent repair job (yr ago utilities ) was, just past it, suggesting the roadbed has issues and or leakage from the prior nearby repair Buckling has increased over the past year it has been progressing

This sidewalk and street have been torn up

for over a year, is a hazard to walkers and bikers, has graffiti on the utility box and concrete, and has trees dying or dead due to lack of water. Please have the owner repair the damage to our street complete the sidewalk and clean up the weeds and landscaping !,,

Received call from homeowner. He indicates Comcast performed work in front of his home, and they tore up the sidewalk. They did a temporary patch of the sidewalk, but they still haven't come out to restore the sidewalk to its original condition. This is under Permit # ROW2022-06507. Can you please contact Comcast to determine when they will fix the sidewalk and provide the updated information to the caller.

Comcast did work on our street 3-4 months ago and left the ADA access like this, covers in black asphalt. The city of Sammamish had someone out to talk with Comcast and my husband went out to speak to them. He was told this would be fixed but as of yet nothing has been repaired. I want to follow up on the status as Comcast has done nothing.

In July 2021 Ashton Woods HOA filed similar complaint for damages resulting from contractor performing underground communications lines and vaults along SE 8th St. The City put the HOA in communications with Mastec which visited the site and informed the City that issues had been resolved, which they never had been resolved. The City closed the issue without any contact or involvement with the HOA. We have recently uncovered and flagged all areas of damages and request City of Sammamish representation to resolve the damages involved and provide transparency for all the issues that have been going on with this work, digging up sidewalks, and infringing on private property without fixing damages created by Mastec and/or their subcontractors.
