Several months ago, Comcast had a contractor in Timberline to pull new cable. That contractor dug holes in sidewalks and streets within Timberline to install the cable. They patched the holes with cold mix asphalt. They have not been back to make permanent patches. They also dug up a leaking gas line, and no one has replaced that patch either.

Just wanted to report the Height restriction and violation of Construction code ?

How is the height of this house so high compared to the neighbors ?

What are the Setback code for City of Sammamish.

This also sees to obstruct views.

Why is the city building this 12 foot tall fence right on the parkway in front of the stormwater pond
? I thought there were laws saying you could only build 6’ fences. This one is an eye sore and not sure what would warrant a different fence here versus the smaller ones on all the other stormwater ponds.

Men’s room toilet blocked

In the Community Center parking lot, part of the curb was damaged, probably by a snow plow.

Electrical and/or utility box of some variety appears to have been broken open and left open. May be theft.

Newly installed EV chargers are mostly not accessible. They are mostly blocked by non-charging vehicles, EVs and non EVs.

Re: Pine Lake Park Women's Room. There is a lot of mold in the room. Especially in the shower area. I believe a chlorine based cleaner applied to the walls ( sprayed, mopped?) might clear this up and make the area safer, more sanitary, and generally more appealing. Thank you,

Graffiti on a bicycle storage box in P&R

The full-flush button in men's restroom (outside copy room in 1st floor city hall) is not working.

Noise coming from the vent. David looked at this the other day. Today more people are complaining about this and we would like this addressed. Thank you.
