A height survey showing compliance with the approved plans is required to be provided by a licensed land surveyor before the roof sheathing inspection is approved. The building permit for this project is BLD2021-02545. the side yard setbacks according to the approved plans is 15% of the lot width , minimum setback 5 feet per SMC 25.07.010-2. Front yard setback 30 feet per SMC21A.25.030 (25). The proposed height is 0.37 feet below the maximum allowed, this will be verified prior to approving the roof sheathing inspection.
